Cardin brings over a decade of project management, logistics and security expertise to Operations Experience Group. Since 2016, Cardin has sat at the helm of one of the premiere security and logistics companies in the South East. During this time, she has performed project work with some of the largest promotion and production companies in the world, most notably Live Nation Worldwide, C3 Presents, and AEG Live. Cardin’s leadership and project management experience is primarily focused on budgeting, sourcing, reporting, timeline, schedules, staffing, and business operations. Managing vendors and teams of up to 200 staff and volunteers, Cardin excels in overseeing and implementing strategy, security, operations and logistics for events ranging from 500 to 80,000.

David is a Production Executive and Partner at Operations Experience. Prior to forming Operations Experience, David was the Global Head of Production at We’re Magnetic and before that, he was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations and Global Events for MKTG Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing production teams at 5 offices throughout the US and UK. Through his LLC, The Production Office, David has directed and executive produced corporate and consumer programs for agencies, including InVison Communications, TBA Global, ION Marketing Group, Revolution Marketing, MKTG Inc., and FreemanXP. In 1994, David founded Parallel Production Services Inc., a Toronto based full- service production company, producing events across North America, Asia and Europe. Prior to forming Parallel Production Services, David worked in the theatre and music industry at the Canadian Opera Company, and Livent Inc.

Chris Makos is the Director of Client Management with OP/ex and our soup to nuts guy. From contracts, to budgeting, to production, Chris is a 20-year industry expert with an extensive resume producing various types of live programs including: mobile tours, nationally televised sporting events and activations, business to business events, PR events, festivals, celebrity events, and conventions. Fun facts about Chris – he was a professional beach volleyball player and even played for Team USA. His son Zach, is a race car driver and fair warning, he will talk your ear off about him if you ask. His favorite thing about our business is seeing what the creative brains think of next.
